Ingredients
- 1 lb. long green beans (Baguio beans), sliced diagonally
- ½ lb. pork
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 medium plum tomato, diced
- 1½ tablespoons fish sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- saute minced garlic, then onions followed by tomatos.
- Put slice meat (pork), mix, add soy sauce to taste, let it stand until meat becomes golden brown.
- Then a little watter.. simmer until meat is tender ( add water if necessary).
- Once meat is tender put the cut beans. Mix at let it stand for 3 to 4 minutes or until beans is cooked,
Good for 2 to 4 servings
