Ginataang Hipon (Shrimp with coconut milk)


Ginattang Hipon ( shrimp with coconut milk) is a Filipino dish recreated to fit Filipino Taste. 

 Ingredients:


  • 1/4 kl. fresh shrimp
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups squash, cubes
  • 1/2 cup moringa (malungay)
  • 4 cloves garlic,mince
  • 1 onion,mince
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch string beans about 3 cups then cut into 2 inch length


Procedure:
  1. Saute minced garlic and chopped onions..
  2. then put shrimps.. simmer until shrimp skin turns to reddish,
  3. add salt and pepper to taste,
  4. then add coconut milk and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Then add malunggay leaves (moringa).

    Good for 4 to 6 servings.
