Garlic Buttered Shrimp


Garlic Buttered shrimp is a common seafood dish in the Phillipines.. the butter give more flavor to the shrimp. And is one
of my favorite seafood dishes. Aside of its delicious taste, it is also easy to make. So, give it a try by following the recipe below. 





Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • Juice of 1 lemon, or more, to taste and optional,
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

How To Make:

  1.  Saute minced garlic with butter then put shrimps ..saute until color becomes pinkish red..
  2. add a little salt and black pepper.. once skin turned to pinkish red..it means it cook.
  3. Stir in shrimp and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves, if desired.

 Good for 4 to 5 servings.
