Cole Slaw


Coleslaw is a western dish adapted to fit for the Filipino taste. Its a side dish eaten togther with other fried food like chicken, pork, beef etc.

Ingredients
  •  1 medium head cabbage, shredded
     
  •  1 carrot, shredded
     
  •  2 cups mayonnaise
     
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste



Procedure

  1. In big bowl combine shredded cabbage, thinly slice carrots, chopped pickles, ground pepper, a dash of salt and mayonaise. Mix well.

    Good for 8 to 10 servings
