Coleslaw is a western dish adapted to fit for the Filipino taste. Its a side dish eaten togther with other fried food like chicken, pork, beef etc.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- In big bowl combine shredded cabbage, thinly slice carrots, chopped pickles, ground pepper, a dash of salt and mayonaise. Mix well.
Good for 8 to 10 servings
