Adobong Balunbalunan At Atay ( Chicken gizzard and liver Adobo style)



Adobong balunbalunan at atay is another kind of Filipino adobo. Simple and delicious with matching rice, you can cook it do it now com'on taste it!



 Ingredients: 

  •  1 kilo of chicken gizzard 
  •  1/2 of chicken liver
  • cloves  garlic, munced
  • 1 1/2  onions, diced
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  •  laurel leaves and black pepper

How To Prepare:

  1.  step: clean gizzard well and the chickwn liver.
  2. Wash and drain separately.
  3. put chicken gizzard in the wok, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of soysauce, minced
    garlic, laurel leaves, black pepper. Mix well using your hand.
  4.  bring to boil uncovered until the acid of the vinegat evaporates.
  5.  cover and simmer until gizzard is tender. Mix once in awhile using a wooden laddle to create a creamy brownish sauce from the mixture.
  6. add chicken liver and simmer for 2 minutes (liver cooks fast)

    Good for 6 to 8 servings.
