Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of chicken gizzard
- 4 cloves garlic, munced
- 1 1/2 onions, diced
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- laurel leaves and black pepper
How To Prepare:
- step: clean gizzard well and the chickwn liver.
- Wash and drain separately.
- put chicken gizzard in the wok, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of soysauce, minced
garlic, laurel leaves, black pepper. Mix well using your hand. - bring to boil uncovered until the acid of the vinegat evaporates.
- cover and simmer until gizzard is tender. Mix once in awhile using a wooden laddle to create a creamy brownish sauce from the mixture.
- add chicken liver and simmer for 2 minutes (liver cooks fast)
Good for 6 to 8 servings.
