- 1 can of sardines
- 1 pack of your favorite pancit canton
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 whole onion sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large boiled egg
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instrucions
- saute the garlic and onion
- put in the sardines, cook for about 20 seconds
- add the water and simmer for 3 minutes
- add the seasoning of the pancit canton, salt and pepper
- put in the pancit canton noodles, cook for about 2 minutes
- transfer to a serving bowl then add the egg
- serve hot, share and enjoy!
