How To Prepare:
- Arrange the fish on the wok, minced garlic, sliced ginger, sliced green onions (spring onions) sliced red onions, coconut milk, water, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil with no cover, (be sure not to mix the process while on its first 5 minutes of boiling to let the vinegar acid evaporates.
- Once u see the eyes of fish pops up (it determines its already cooked). Drop all the vegetables - okra (lady finger) , ampalaya (bitter cord) simmer with cover for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
- Then put the chillies and cover. Let it stand for several minutes before serving.
Good for 5 to 6 servings.
can i skip the coconut milk and just make paksiw na tambakol with just the vinegar.
