Chicken Curry originated from India
Reinvented to fit to Filipino taste.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- Saute minced garlic and chopped onions followed by the chicken,
- mix then add a dash of salt to taste, black pepper, then add coconut milk.
- Let it boil until then add cut potatos and carrots..simmer until vegetables almost cooked.
- Then add on curry powder.. simmer for 5 minutes.
- add red and green bell pepper.
- Let it stand for several minutes before serving to let the aroma of the pepper and curry blend together.
Good for 8 to 10 persons.
